A limited-time offering, Pizzeria Libretto has teamed up with Patois Toronto to create a culinary treat, that epitomizes the greatness of Toronto’s world-class food scene.

The Verdict Is In: Pineapple DOES Belong on Pizza

Created by Pizzeria Libretto’s Chef Rocco Agostino and Patois Toronto’s Chef Craig Wong, the Jerk Mortadella & Pistachio pizza is a wonderful segue for those who have long been on the fence about pineapple’s place on tomato pie.

Made on a traditional Neapolitan crust and topped with jerk cream sauce, jerk mortadella, fior di latte mozzarella, and finished with pistachios and a pineapple reduction, this pizza will surely awaken the pineapple naysayers once and for all.

To make this special collaboration even more exciting, Pizzeria Libretto will donate one of its par-baked, hand-made Frozen Pizzas to the Daily Bread Food Bank for each Jerk Mortadella & Pistachio Pizza sold between April 3 – April 30.
