Enigma Yorkville Launches Wine Pairing Experience

Enigma Yorkville, a Michelin-Starred restaurant in Toronto, has introduced Heart & Soil, a new wine pairing experience highlighting a blend of Canadian and international wines. Curated by Head Sommelier James Li, recipient of 2nd Place at Canada’s Best Young Sommelier 2025, the program invites diners to explore a balance between Old and New World wine regions through ten carefully selected wines.

The pairing includes five Canadian wines and five from abroad, showcasing the purity and terroir of each bottle. Designed to align with Chef Quinton Bennett’s seasonal tasting menus, the wines are selected to complement ingredients sourced both locally and globally. The offering draws connections between regions such as Niagara and Sancerre, Ontario and Marlborough, and Saumur and Franciacorta.

Guests can choose from a range of pairing options priced between $95 and $185 per person, available during dinner service from Tuesday to Saturday. Reservations for the Heart & Soil experience can be made via OpenTable.
