The spring season has arrived in Toronto and brings with it an exciting culinary collaboration. On March 28, for one-night-only Casa Madera Chef Daniele Pisanu plays host and welcomes Chef Craig Harding into the kitchen.
This is an exciting opportunity to enjoy the undeniable magic of what some might call an unexpected pairing. Together they have designed an incredible five-course set menu that marries their expertise. For this collaboration, Harding drew inspiration from his beloved Trinity Bellwoods’ establishment La Palma. The result is an impressive menu that features a Californian sensibility blending beautifully with Casa Madera’s signature Mexican and Mediterranean coastal cuisine.
Every dish featured on the menu has been created exclusively for this event. Wine and cocktail pairings from Casa’s team will further enhance the evening. Guests can look forward to a warm and welcoming evening equally influenced by both Toronto talents that celebrates immersive dining and chef-driven dishes.
