Vegetarian dishes
- Anjeer Paneer Tikka – a fusion of creamy cottage cheese and sweet figs
- Jackfruit Popsicle – bold flavours of slow-cooked masala jackfruit
- Vilayti Sabzi – a mix of exotic vegetables with an onion-tomato gravy
- Khatte Meethe Baingan – baby aubergine with a flavour combination of sweet and sour

Meat dishes
- Oregano Murgh Tikka – a mediterranean inspired chicken dish
- Awadh Lamb Shank Korma – a slow-cooked lamb shank topped with a cashew-brown onion sauce
- Alleppy Prawn Curry – a delicacy if Kerela, prawns paired with raw mango, coconut and curry
- Halibut Tikka – halibut with a blended taste of yogurt, lemon, thyme and garlic
