Every Monday, starting September 26 through October 24th, guests can experience Da Roma a TOCA, a celebration of the pastas, produce, and wines of Rome.
Starting at $85 per person with the option to add wine pairings, this four-course dining experience will highlight fresh, seasonal, and simply-prepared ingredients from the Roman Campagna that illustrate the many new provincial culinary habits and cooking techniques the area has experienced throughout the centuries and periods of social, cultural, and political changes.
Pasta-making demonstrations will happen throughout the evening at the center of TOCA’s dining room in Toronto.
