Ingredients

  • 4 avocados
  • 2⁄3 cup of red onion
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Jalapeño to taste (1⁄2 cup recommended)
  • Juice of 2-3 limes
  • 3 tbsp of cilantro
  • 2 tsp of salt (or to taste)
  • 1 medium tomato (optional)
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove pits. Scoop out flesh and place in a bowl.
  2. Roughly mash the avocado.
  3. Finely chop the onion, garlic, tomato, jalapeño and cilantro. Add to the bowl.
  4. Finish with lime juice, salt and olive oil. Mix together.
  5. Serve chilled
