In the first edition of the series on June 7th and 8th, guest chef & Oceanwise Ambassador Chef Ned Bell, and EPOCH Restaurant Chef Jeff Crump are joining forces to create a culinary experience focused on produce-forward cuisine and seasonal offerings from local purveyors. 

Combining sustainability and cuisine, this detailed menu brings sustainable seafood and seasonal produce to the forefront.

This 5-course meal is the perfect hybrid of British Columbia and Ontario brought together.
